Purpose of Position:

This position provides administrative support and guidance to Line Maintenance and Stores.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain schedules to comply with existing collective agreement.
  • Create shift bids and vacation bids and approve vacation for up to 80+ Unifor employees plus 10 ATS and management employees, then integrate into the work schedules.
  • Ensure all requirements of the collective agreement are applied when processing pay increases, termination forms, LOA forms etc. for
  • Maintenance employees.
  • Ensure all requirements of the collective agreement are applied when processing all overtime, cashbank, payouts, per diems, base. away, sick, family days, vacation, and union business into Kronos.
  • Review base qualifications and propose training dates for mandatory training
  • Investigate daily exceptions generated in UKG WFC.
  • Adhere to payroll deadlines.
  • Code/Process invoices through Ariba.
  • Coordinate the new hire process (onboarding and offboarding).
  • Adhoc tasks and projects.
  • Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of coworkers and customers.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Post-Secondary education or previous clerical experience is required.
  • Minimum (23) years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance environment and airline operational experience will be considered an asset.
  • Payroll experience will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Kronos will be an asset.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Restricted Area Information Card (RAIC).
  • Must be bilingual to be able to work within the province of Quebec.
