    In this position the Physiotherapist will primarily work with inpatient acute care clients, including general medical, ICU, Acute Orthopedics and Emergency Department patients and Outpatient Clinic as required.

    Majority of clients seen will be elderly and adult assisting them to reach their desired functional status. The Physiotherapist helps in providing treatment programs which allow clients to be safe and improve their quality of life. The Physiotherapist acts as a physiotherapy resource for other members of the health care team.

    The Physiotherapist participates in approved physiotherapy and interdisciplinary research and special projects in collaboration with designated personnel/team and other health care professionals.
