Company Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for coordinating sales and distribution data and support its process, developing and delivering all standard reports, tools and information (right information, at the right time).
REPORTING AND DATA TOOL DEVELOPMENT
Develop tools to support sales and distribution teams and guarantee the data consistency.
Create new reports and data visualizations to drive insights and tell stories using data.
Continuously improve standard reports for operational efficiencies.
Lead automation initiatives to streamline reporting process for the commercial data team.
DATA PREPERATION
Data cleansing and structuring to ensure quality data outputs.
Prepare, interpret, and distribute all reporting on established regular frequency as well as ad hoc basis.
Provide training to end users on utilization of reports.
Continuously identify ways to simplify, automate, and improve reporting.
Under guidance of Senior Commercial Data Manager, will help to drive ad-hoc initiatives & projects to deepen Red.
Bull Canada's insights in the Distribution landscape; will support On & Off Premise Sales and other initiatives as assigned.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Oversee the translation of business requirements into the technical solution, from design till go-live.
Work closely with Red Bull Global and Red Bull North American teams to adopt and transition best in class tools and processes for Canada Team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
2+ years' experience in a similar analytical role.
Expert level competence with Microsoft Excel & other Office Suite tools.
Excellent knowledge of statistical measures and techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) and related techniques.
Experience working with large datasets through Access and Excel, statistical software such as SAS, R.
Proficiency with relational databases (SQL).
Strong quantitative, analytic and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is considered an asset.
Ability to analyze diverse data and formulate clear, focused and actionable recommendations.
Solid communication & presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Knowledge of or exposure to R, Python or other statistical programming languages/tools is a plus.
