    General Responsibilities:
    Job Description:
    • The Manager in Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management.
    • This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.
    • This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must be 20 years of age or older.
    • A valid driver's license is required.
    • Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication.
