We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Malick Media group of companies.

Collaborating with the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily activities of our CEO and ensuring his schedule runs smoothly.


Responsibilities:


  • 70% of responsibilities relate directly to the personal and home life of the CEO, 30% are business related. Limited travel between US and Canada may be required. _

General

  • Manage and maintain CEO personal calendar: scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings
  • Conduct research and provide briefings on various topics as needed
  • Personal bookkeeping and admin (reimbursements, filing bills and important documents)
  • Assist CEO at key events and in meetings.
  • Manages personal social media accounts and other personal account profiles
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Assists with personal activities eg such as personal shopping, gifts
  • Travel out of province and to the U.S. may be required from time to time.

Home Management

  • Scheduling and overseeing contractors and cleaners for properties
  • Coordinates maintenance for personal properties
  • Establishes & maintains relationships with all personal/home service providers
  • Inventory and Grocery management
  • Completes all household purchases & errands
  • Light housekeeping duties

Hospitality Management

  • Act as liaison between CEO and his house guests (business, ministry and employees)
  • Oversee and manage hospitality of all household guests including party planning, social events, business meetings and family events.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and own vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • A 'nojobtoosmall' attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
