Wage:_$ $36.35/hr plus benefits, depending on experience
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Set up and operate machine for established work using supplied drawings
- Select correct tooling for the job task using product documents or supervisor/lead assistance
- Load, install, and correctly set up the tools required with assistance from supervisor/lead as required
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
- Deburr all material edges before advancing material to the next stage of production
- Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance
- Report basic material, production, and quality control issues
- Maintain inspection log books on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to maintenance
- Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level
- Use tape measure and scale to the nearest 1/32 inch
- Maintain order and cleanliness in department
The following Training/Certifications would be considered an asset:
- WHMIS
- Standard First Aid/CPR Training
- Forklift Safety Training
