- Prior experience in design projects is considered an asset

By joining our team, your role as a Renewable Project Engineering Graduate will be to contribute to preparing proposals, project planning, coordination of project related tasks, support in preparing project reports, assist in budget monitoring, and maintain positive communications with stakeholders and clients. Additionally, you'll apply your technical expertise and knowledge as well within projects to support our client's needs.

-Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress against timelines.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and drive project scoping, planning, execution, and closeout.
- Assist Project Manager and team members in handling project changes.
- Prepare decision documents to assess options for project success, considering costs and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid packages.
- Initiate and manage contracts, including payments and change orders.
- Coordinate the preparation of project-related information and alternatives for input into planning.
- Maintain awareness of project-specific requirements and procedures for control and administration.
- Support Project Manager with regular project reports and participate in progress meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Assist in budget monitoring and control activities.
- Assist with all aspects of project planning, including schedule, budget, cost, and risk.
- Coordinate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Keep all project parties informed of the latest scope, budgets, and schedule.
- Technical coordination: Facilitate communication among engineering teams, ensuring collaboration and information flow. Participate in design reviews, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements.
