Description

Can Art is a commercial leader in the Aluminum Extrusion field, with 3 plants in Ontario, come and join a true industry leader in this exciting manufacturing field.

We need Saw Operators to start immediately at our Brampton Plant, near Steeles and Finch across the road from Wet N Wild Toronto.

-
Must be able to work 12 hour continental shifts, 7 shifts every 2 weeks_

Responsible to operate the saw machine in an efficient manner while maintaining the quality and safety standards
Follow the work orders specification
Inspect cut length for dimensions
Perform necessary PM checks on the machine daily
Report equipment malfunction to supervisor

Job Requirements:

Ability to work 12 hours continental shift schedule.
Standing for long periods of time
Personable with clear communication skills
Able to work well with others in a team environment
Computer literate
Good attitude required
12 years in an industrial environment, knowledge of machinery and ability to read drawings an asset. Willing to train.
