Summary


The Customer Service Associate II(Order Management) is responsible, in a 3PL environment,for managing order flow from the client to operational execution and eventual delivery to the end consumer and reporting of metrics within the workflow.


Essential Functions

  • Daily, weeklyand adhoc reporting as required using MS Office suite.
  • Track and trace orders on carrier portals.
  • Research and resolve order exceptions with internal and external teams.
  • Entering, updating customer orders on various interfaces.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to execute to customer satisfaction and demands.
  • Provide professional and efficient best in class service while resolving customer issues.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and adapt to changing rules, regulations and procedures
  • Possesses a high degree of initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new TMS/WMS software and systemsE.g. Manhattan SCALE,SAP
  • Experienced with MS Excel
- pivot tables,lookups

  • Detailed oriented with excellent followup practices
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with mínimal supervision

Qualifications

  • College degree/Technical Certification required in logistics, supply chain or transportation or equivalent experience
  • One (1) year or more in a similar position required
