Job Description:

Responsible for performing accounting operations and analyses related to AIM Group's fixed assets projects.
Code fixed assets and calculating depreciation for all entities of the company.
Providing support to internal clients and act as a super user in our D365 Finance and Operations accounting system for the fixed assets module.
Ensuring the followup of the financial management of construction projects.
Responsible for maintaining the continuity schedule of fixed assets as well as the assignment of tax class to new acquisitions.
Participating in the development of annual acquisition budgets across the group.
Participating in all process improvement projects in capital assets.
Various adhoc analysis (lease vs. buy, ROI etc )

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting and/or finance
CPA Designation (an asset)
3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite
Very good knowledge of the accounting cycle and principles
Knowledge of Maximo (IBM) and D365 (an asset)
Analytical and problemsolving skills, attention to detail and thoroughness; autonomy and sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, planning and organizational skills.
