Duties include but are not limited to:

Making drinks for whole restaurant
Attend to guests promptly, engaging with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders efficiently, quality check to ensure guests are satisfied.
Maintaining thorough menu knowledge to answer guest questions accurately
Being aware of daily specials and being able to recite them to guests
Maintaining a clean and organized bar, including but not limited to: taking orders, making drinks, restocking supplies, and talking to customers and fellow staff
Record and enter orders correctly, ensuring any special requests or allergies are communicated properly. Responsible for guests checks and payment processing.
Opening and closing duties
Complete daily/weekly cleaning duties
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for this role:

12 years bartending experience
Works well in a team based environment
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with coworkers and unsupervised
Must have a high attention to detail
Must be able to work well under pressure, as we are a fast paced environment
Ability to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends
Must be available more than 4 days per week
Valid Serving-ItRight Certificate
