Job responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of Sales Support Representative's work by performing quality assurance
  • Management of Sales Support Representative's KPI's and metrics
  • Prepare team member working schedules
  • Respond to and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Facilitate the creation and collection of customers' documents from submission to funding.
  • Using a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records and documents.
  • Facilitate the audit and funding of customer transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of funding and reporting packages by gathering required information and ensuring accuracy.
  • Update CRM with new prospects, change of status, contact information and notes or activities.
  • Escalate problems or situations to the appropriate manager for resolution.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a resultsoriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
  • Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards performance goals
  • Detail oriented and able to identify errors
  • Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Postsecondary diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset
