Purpose of the position

Permanent part-time, daytime position. 15 hours per week, 2 days/week including every other weekend. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

Take part in the clinical assessments of residents and update treatment plans according to their specific needs

Provide healthcare and wellness services to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness

Respond to all emergency situations

The ideal person has :

Have a strong interest in seniors

Good listening skills

Good management of priorities and adaptability

Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions

Ability to manage and resolve emergency situations

Sense of responsibility, autonomy and punctuality

Required qualifications :

Member of the OIIAQ

A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
