Established in 1984, McArthur Medical is a Canadian leader in medical devices for neonatal, anesthesia, and respiratory care. Our MMSI team is looking to add individuals that look forward to working in a fast- paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Bilingual in French an asset (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Courteous and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 13 years experience in Customer Service
- Spire software knowledge an asset
- Assist incoming customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Enter customer orders accurately
- Provide customer's status with pending shipments or orders
- Communicate well with coworkers
- Assist outside sales staff
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Monday
- Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
