Job Description Mission**Like CIMA+, the IT Business Solutions department is growing fast. You will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization's digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Director - IT Business Solutions, you will coordinate the work of the team responsible for the evolution, support, and maintenance of the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) as well as the Business Intelligence team, responsible for the data warehouse (Azure Synapse) and enterprise reporting (Power BI Premium).


Primary Responsibilities

  • Draw up a list of priorities, assign them to team members and monitor progress of tasks
  • Modernize and develop methodology and current norms and standards
  • Meet with users to define, clarify, and document their needs
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of ERP and BI governance practices across the organization
  • Structure team practices in line with industry best practices (Azure resource structuring, documentation, user request management, source code management (CI/CD), testing, etc.)
  • Take charge of biannual Dynamics 365 upgrade projects
  • Keep abreast of new developments and best practices in the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Synapse, Power BI, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in ERP or business intelligence (BI) team management
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SaaS mode an asset)
  • Expertise in data management and business intelligence (BI)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power BI, Azure, DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to propose technological solutions to meet business needs
  • Exemplary customer approach
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
