    WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH


    You will report to the Senior Manager, Information Technology and will build and maintain relationships with teams across MFAM, the Mastercard Foundation, external consultants and vendors.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO


    As a key member of the Information Technology team, you will help drive the implementation of the Workplace Technology Strategy as well as application delivery.

    You will support the business through efficient and innovative technology and data solutioning, as well as core technology and data and assist with operational cyber risk.

    Workplace Technology

    • Responding promptly to IT related user inquiries
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
    • Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve computerrelated problems
    • Creating accounts and deploy hardware for new hires during the onboarding process
    • Maintaining and optimizing Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
    • Supporting overall IT asset inventory management
    • Working with partnered vendors when complex matters arise that require higherlevel support
    • Participating in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
    • Developing and promoting standard operations documentation
    • Promoting best practices for efficient technology usage
    • Identifying opportunities to enhance workplace technology processes
    Application Delivery

    • Supporting Investment CRM & Deal Pipeline application (Example: DealCloud)
    • Engaging with business stakeholders to gather and document IT requirements for system enhancements
    • Translating business needs into technical specifications
    • Applying small enhancements and configurations directly on platform
    • Testing configurations for quality assurance
    • Presenting enhancements to stakeholders for validation
    • Creating training materials for supported applications
    • Onboarding and training new hires for each respective application
    • Supporting data management activities within each application
    Support the Business Through Efficient and Innovative Technology & Data Solution Delivery

    • Supporting the implementation and adoption of technology roadmap items through efficient project management and knowledge management
    • Supporting new technologies and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of MFAM's operations
    Support Core Technology & Data Capabilities and Processes

    • Managing data hosting and storage services
    • Overseeing network infrastructure services
    • Managing enduser services and support
    • Supporting IT and Cyber security services
    • Developing data analytics and business intelligence (BI) reports
    • Working with enterprise systems
    • Applying IT procurement and licensing
    • Supporting IT change management
    • Knowledge of key IT policies and procedures, including acceptable use of technology, knowledge management, and business continuity/disaster recovery
    • Awareness of other technology domains as the company scales
    Support Operational and Cyber Risk

    • Supporting technology policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including security incident management
    • Supporting the cybersecurity and data privacy posture across the network, applications, and endpoints

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
    • Bachelor of science degree in Computer Science or any combination of equivalent education and experience
    • Experience in financial services with a strong preference for experience in the asset management industry
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Great problemsolving and time management skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong familiarity with investment business, including the ability to translate investment business requirements to Technology & data requirements
    • Technical knowledge and understanding of the range of infrastructure, hardware, software, and SaaS technologies needed to support a growing organization's needs, including:
    • Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams
    • Public and private cloud environments
    • Teleconferencing and telecommunications platforms
    • Windows, Mac, and iOS device management
    • Network and security platforms, including WAN/LAN, VPN, MFA
    • General knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends, including nextgen tools (e.g., ML, AI)
