Feherty Property Management Inc is looking for a new team member to guide the financial team. The successful individual will work well in a collaborative team environment and be well organized with good communication.

This is a full time position.

We are looking for a Financial Supervisor witha demonstrated history of working successfully in a friendly, open-concept and fast-paced office with experience in mentoring staff to advance their knowledge of financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial processes for client portfolio of condominium corporations
• Provide guidance and training to enhance team knowledge of accounting processes
• Oversee/prepare financial statements, reports, for multiple client corporations.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Quickbooks essential. Familiarity with ShiftSuite condominium accounting software beneficial
• Experience in condominium accounting an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
