THE OPPORTUNITY

Our firm in Canada, with offices in the greater Montreal area, Outaouais, and Toronto, boasts nearly 170 professionals, specialists, associates, and support staff.

We offer a comprehensive range of services in audit, accounting, tax, and advisory.

Our office in Old Montreal has an immediate opening for an
Accounting Technician in the juricomptability department.

At Mazars Conseils Inc., you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where respect, teamwork, and development are valued.

RESPONSABILITIES

Prepare invoices and statements of account, ensure the followup of customer account receipts, advances reception, and update of the monitoring report.
Manage the monitoring report of mandate transactions (file closure, compensation ).
Open clients and mandates in the CRM and maintain it.
Prepare certain reports (sales, %, statistics) for the department Leader.
Handle the department Leader's expense accounts.
Assist the team with financial statement entry.
Generate IBIS World reports.
Follow up on the department Leader's sales file.
Produce various analysis reports.
Any other related tasks.

PROFILE

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of desired experience.
Ability to work remotely.
Enthusiasm, team spirit, and a positive attitude in general.
Attention to detail, rigor, proactivity, and autonomy.
Affinity for numbers.
Proficiency in French and functional English.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
