Minimum of 2-3-year supervisory experience in a fast-paced casual and fine dining environment- Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Demonstrated coaching and development skills
- Wine knowledge required
- Task oriented and result driven
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior decisionmaking skills
- Strong team building skills
- Comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
