Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Skills:

Proven experience as a painter or similar role
Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Attention to detail and precision in work
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
Excellent color vision and ability to distinguish shades accurately
