This role will liaise with the UK based team to project manage the creation, design and delivery of our first 100% Human at Work Innovation Cluster in Canada, focused on the future of skills.
Whilst also supporting the delivery of our newly launched Cluster based in Australia.
A core part of our long-term strategic focus, Innovation Clusters are small networks of business around the world, collaborating to solve challenges around critical issues linked to the future of work.

Tell me more
- Research and identify potential businesses and other partners to form the Canadian Innovation Cluster.
- Create and deliver an outreach strategy to bring on board Cluster members and generate revenue and funding to support the work.
- Lead the design and delivery of the 12 month journey for the Cluster, including developing impact goals, driving action and collaboration and designing workshops and engagements.
- Design and deliver impact metrics to understand the effectiveness of the Cluster model.
- Support and align with the work of the Skills Cluster in Australia, supporting with program design and colearning opportunities to ensure that the work aligns and can scale to greater impact.
- Manage design and delivery of collateral including fundraising decks, donor updates.
- Lead on curation, logistics, planning and delivery (both on the ground and remotely for our Australian group) for Clusters.
- Lead on the creation of event materials including briefing packs, session structures, research pieces, pre reading documents.
- Manage day to day Cluster communication.
- Contribute to the development of the longer term Cluster strategy to scale the model.
What you'll need
- Experience of operating in not for profit, social and environmental spaces as well as commercial experience.
- Knowledge of the skills and development landscape, or the business community, specifically in Canada.
- Experience of designing and delivering collaboration initiatives and longerterm engagement strategies, ideally with human centred design experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the people and future of work space.
