Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train retail staff on sales techniques, customer service, and store policies
Set sales goals and targets for the team and monitor their performance
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and wellstocked at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Assist customers with their purchases and provide product knowledge
Process cash transactions accurately and handle cash handling procedures
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve employee performance
Collaborate with store management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory levels and place orders when necessary
Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and ensure store security

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and employees
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling procedures and inventory management
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Experience in training and development of employees
