We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our
Customer Facing Replenishment Analyst.**
Position Summary/Objective:As the Customer Facing Replenishment Analyst you will be focused on managing the planning and replenishment processes making the end-to-end supply chain process more efficient.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Track fill rate, on time, in stock, days on hand, and forecast accuracy
  • Identify drivers of low performance via root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Utilize customer data to analyze DC and store inventories, evaluate POS
  • Support strategy on inventory run outs, new product launches, MOD resets, recipe on longerterm out of stocks

Key Objectives

  • On Shelf Availability (OSA) improvement leading to GSV Improvement
  • Internal and Customer Supply Chain Optimization
  • Meet customer metrics for in stock, case fill, on time
  • Reductions of related penalties
  • Continuous improvement

Education & Qualifications:


  • 23 years' experience in CPFR role servicing Wal-Mart
  • Fluent in Retail Link
  • Experienced in Sales Planning, Forecasting, or Demand Planning
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to Foster a Collaborative Work Environment

  • Attention to detail and strong numerical, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Be a
    TEAM player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
