F45 North York is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join our team.

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fitness studio, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the operations of the F45 North York studio, including staffing, scheduling, and facilities management
  • Manage and train a team of fitness trainers and coaches to ensure that they provide highquality instruction to our members
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Ensure that the studio is clean, safe, and in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a fitness studio or similar facility
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of fitness and exercise science principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Certified personal trainer or fitness coach is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$32.30 per hour


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Fitness: 1 year (preferred)
