Equipment Sales Specialist.

The
Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for facilitating capital equipment orders to the Sandvik factories and coordinating delivery logistics from the factory to our local workshops and/or the customer's agreed place of delivery.

What you will be doing

  • Process capital equipment orders in accordance with policy.
  • Coordinate equipment delivery logistics and ensure proper freight documentation is in place.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork accompanies capital equipment sales.
  • Monitor open orders and inform stakeholders of changes in delivery schedule.
  • Oversee equipment manual distribution with sales and rentals.
  • Maintain equipment sales records along with updating key databases to ensure local dashboards are consistently displaying information that is relevant and accurate.
  • Ensure all invoices related to equipment sales and rentals are processed appropriately within timely manner.
  • Perform margin analysis on an ad hoc basis as requested by the Business Control team.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable team with collections.
  • Assist in analysis of new incoming equipment to sales area with targeted inventory planning in local stockrooms to optimize Net Working Capital (NWC).
  • Perform other related duties as requested by Manager.

What you will bring along

  • Associates Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years order/delivery/sales invoicing experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team.
  • Selfdirected with high attention to detail.
  • High level time management and planning/organizational skills.
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and ERP systems.
