Salary:
$34.018, $35.571, $37.154, $38.785, $40.468, $42.172, $43.22- A graduate of an approved school of Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiology Technology, Radiation Therapy, Laboratory Technology and/or individuals with a University Degree in Physics, Chemistry or other appropriate related discipline

  • Experience and/or training in physical measurement techniques and equipment is preferred
  • Attention to detail, proficient in maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, superior interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Daily/monthly/annual Quality Assurance, and assisting with acceptance testing/commissioning of radiation therapy equipment and the associated instrumentation
  • Treatment planning/clinical trial support
  • Patient specific Quality Assurance
  • Other duties applicable to the operation of Radiotherapy Physics, as required
  • Flexible working hours and nonstandard shift schedules may be required to accommodate clinical responsibilities
  • Travel between Brandon and Winnipeg may be required
