Job summary
This is a senior leadership role overseeing the entire administration and operations of a privately operated educational organization. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and leadership to make informed decisions, manage risk, and guide the school through growth while maintaining high standards in education, operations, and client relationships.The Director of Operations will lead the overall day-to-day operation of the school, ensuring alignment between educational quality and business sustainability. This includes overseeing and guiding the administration team, supervisors, and operational staff, establishing clear workflows, accountability structures,
and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within education or a regulated service environment
- Demonstrated experience managing teams,
operations,and organizational systems - Strong understanding
