About the

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for the CEO prioritize inquiries and requests and manage conflicts
  • Screen incoming requests to determine priority level, including meetings, visitors, phone calls, and incoming mail in a professional manner
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for both international and domestic travel.
  • Coordinate all Executive Leadership Team meetings and retreats
  • Prepare all materials in advance of meetings, presentations, events, etc. as needed
  • Attend and take minutes during meetings when requested
  • Complete, track and reconcile monthly business expense reports
  • Collect and process invoices following up with internal and external partners for required information
  • Work collaboratively with Global Executive Assistant team, and other key partners across the company

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, within a midlarge sized organization
  • Ability to work effectively with various internal and external partners
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator who is able to interact with people of all levels in a confident and professional manner
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize high volume workload and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments
  • Flexible and adaptable; motivated by supporting various unpredictable projects and schedules
  • Superb attention to detail and followthrough skills
  • Able to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
  • Strong judgment, tact and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management and project coordination skills
