    Job Overview


    The role of a Financial Operations Lead involves providing strategic financial support to various business units, including Client Experience, HR, Legal and Corp Dev. This includes leading the planning and execution of annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term strategic plans.


    This position requires strong analytical skills to manage complex financial data and develop detailed business cases in support of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across functions.






    • Lead budgeting process for multiple work streams across People Corporation

    • Develop comprehensive financial models using Excel based on historical information
      & identified key drivers.

    • Manage monthly reporting process for assigned teams ensuring accuracy efficiency timely submission variances analysis
