Description
Cafe Neon is looking for a positive, friendly, detail oriented manager to join our leadership team


Some responsibilities include:

  • Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to lead our teams in the pursuit of being totally of service to our customers, provide exceptional quality food and hand crafted beverages, and an overall experience that is inviting and friendly
  • Develop leadership skills under the mentorship of the ownership and senior managers, and in turn coach and lead our teams to success
  • Create schedules based on a given labour budget
  • Monitor inventory levels and waste control practices
  • Connect with our teams by setting the example and always being positive and inspiring
Weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays are required. Food handlers and Smart Serve are required. G licence an asset.


Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
