Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Karma Casting.

The Account Manager will be responsible program management, staffing events, communicating with talent and client and ensuring client satisfaction.

This role will involve:

managing client program details, execution management, communications, backend support of talent interface - verifying staffing is on site at the appropriate check in time and following up on any issues.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client management and relationship building
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of marketing and experiential marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work independently
  • Experience in the staffing industry or event management is a plus
  • Customer Service Experience

Pay:
$55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
