Internal Only - #PPWC Filterman

Catalyst Paper - Crofton has an opening for a Filter Person to complement the maintenance crew.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties, including filter maintenance as well as supporting our drive for enhanced performance, better quality and efficiency, as well as reduced costs.

This is a bargaining unit position, open to all PPWC members. The senior, qualified applicant will be accepted.

The rate for this position is the per Exhibit A (Filter Man) of the PPWC Labour Agreement.

Your qualifications will include:

Superior interpersonal, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Be a selfstarter
Capable of working alone or in a team environment

This is a physically demanding position.

The successful incumbent must be able to:
- climb ladders, work at heights, work in confined spaces and in hot areas.
