- have your undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
- at least three (3) years of experience in the Canadian financial services industry with a background in business banking
- an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- proven ability to manage a portfolio in a complex commercial and First Nations industry
- have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- have a working knowledge of portfolio management
- have an acceptable criminal record check and credit check
