Columbia Security Systems & Surveillance Inc. is looking for an experienced
Service and Installation Supervisor to join our Burnaby office team. We are a local company providing security services throughout the lower mainland. Services provided include the installation and support of Alarm systems, Surveillance Cameras, Integrated Home Automation, and Access Control.
- Experience in customer service and scheduling role
- A good understanding of the geography of mainland Vancouver
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Selfmotivated and able to work with minimum supervision in a fastpaced environment, providing leadership to a team of internal scheduling staff and security alarm technicians
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Is a team player and able to help out where needed
- Is highly organized and possesses the ability to multitask
Job Type:
Permanent Full-time
Salary:
Based on experience, starting from $25.00 per hour. Participation in comprehensive company group insurance plan.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
