    Description
    As a Technical Service Project Coordinator you will play a crucial part in supporting the Service Manager to ensure that all commercial projects are completed efficiently, on-time and satisfactorily.
    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule and budget.
    • Assist with project estimates.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
    • Track project progress
    • Aid in budget monitoring
    • Provide outstanding customer focus
    Preferred Skills and Qualifications
    • Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem solve and bring together viable solutions.
    • Proven ability to assist with all responsibilities for complex projects.
    • Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills.
    • Must have experience and/or knowledge of the industry.
    • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff, as well as with employees.
    • Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    Education & Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or service industry or equivalent.
