Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
  • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory clerk
  • Oversee pricing strategies and promotions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Utilize POS systems for sales transactions

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales management or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record keeping
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills

Salary:
$18.70 per hour


Expected hours:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
