The Opportunity:


Reporting to the VP, Operational Excellence, the Project Manager, Clinic Operations will be a key team member in onboarding new clinics to the Sentrex network of clinics, across all therapeutic areas.

This person will be responsible for undertaking the management, planning, and onboarding with a keen focus on streamlined workflows, SOPs and processes to ensure seamless integration of existing SHS operations (such as Haven).

The Project Manager role requires a strong clinical background as this role will be the liaison with the clinic HCPs.

Additionally, this role requires strong project management, performance analytics, client management, case management, and people skills. Individuals who would succeed in this role are positive, driven, and committed to building outstanding clinic operations.


A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

  • Responsible for the setup and onboarding / launch of the clinic into the SHS network
  • Ensuring clinic operations are designed and implemented as per the Sponsor's strategic direction
  • Ensuring all clinic needs are being met per the scope of engagement
  • Address ad hoc clinic requests and escalations, coordinate internal resources, and communicate to external stakeholders
  • Evaluation of clinic strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement. Make recommendations for changes in operations and assist in the execution of these changes through a robust change management process
  • Ensuring that any stakeholder escalations are managed appropriately and to the Client's satisfaction
  • In collaboration with the analytics team, facilitate the design, production, and delivery of all clinicrelated reporting
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Client Solutions Managers, and all others who deliver clinicrelated services to ensure optimal execution and performance in all aspects of clinic communications and clinic relations
  • Provides input to ensure adequate staffing; makes recommendations to management for required changes to meet the scope of the engagement
  • Provide oversight and direct involvement in building documentation, SOPS, process flows etc.
  • Identify training requirements for consistent workflows and patient care
  • Manage and participate in clinic design and build of the clinic
  • Manage and participate in the project technical set up (i.e., telephony, data collection tools and processes, reports, and project reporting requirements)
  • Property reviews, layout and design of the facility and build management
  • Liaise with on site contractors as needed (remotely or on site) to ensure project milestones are being met
  • Research and present various options for equipment and materials for the clinics with projected costs (both up front and ongoing) for all options

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • University degree in applicable field
  • Broad knowledge and training in the fields of business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations
  • 23 years of experience in a Clinic Operations role
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinic functionality, and operational policies and pro
