    Description
    We are seeking a dedicated full-time remote backend developer to join our distributed team.

    As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web applications.

    Your role will be crucial in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our systems while collaborating with front-end developers and other team members in a remote work environment.

    Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using languages like Python, Java, or
    Design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
    Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
    Identify and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in our backend systems.
    Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
    Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.

    Proven work experience as a backend developer, with a portfolio showcasing your projects and proficiency in a backend programming language (Python, Java, , etc.).

    Experience with backend frameworks like Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or
    Solid understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
    Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize code for performance.
    Understanding of server security and data protection practices.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills for remote collaboration.
    Detail-oriented approach to writing well-structured and maintainable code.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
