PRIMARY FOCUS/MANDATE:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Horizon Connect Construction.
You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and expand our customer base.
Your strong leadership skills and sales expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
The duties of the Sales Manager include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for the management team.
- Stay uptodate with industry developments and participate in professional networking events.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
EXPERIENCE:
- 25 Years of Experience in the sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the repair and restoration industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Indepth knowledge of the repair and restoration industry, including understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
- Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
