Description du poste

MISSION:

Rattaché.e au Chef de Cuisine Banquet, le/la Chef de partie Banquet H/F fabrique et dresse les plats conformément aux fiches techniques tout en veillant à leur qualité. Il/elle intègre et manage l'ensemble des équipes du service et adapte ses pratiques de leadership à la culture de la marque. Il/elle organise le travail de sa partie de cuisine, forme et contrôle le travail des commis, apprentis, stagiaires. Il/elle applique et fait appliquer les règles d'hygiène dans son équipe. Passionné.e par la cuisine, il/elle assure la qualité de la production ; tout en veillant en permanence à la rentabilité et à la profitabilité de cette dernière par le respect des fiches techniques. Manager de terrain, il/elle contribue, quotidiennement, à faire de la cuisine et du restaurant un lieu de vie et de partage et est garant.e de l'expérience client, dans son assiette.

Qualifications

SAVOIR-FAIRE & SAVOIR-ÊTRE:

BTS restauration et/ou école de management hôtelier
Expérience de 1 à 3 ans minimum en tant que Chef de Partie dans la restauration de type traiteur et/ou d'hôtels gros porteur (plus de 500 chambres) ayant différents points de vente (restaurants, centre de conférence, traiteur, banquet, etc.)
Expérience managériale souhaitée d'un an minimum
Maîtrise du français
Maitrise des normes d'hygiène et de la gestion d'un point de vente (Ratios, Qualité, HACCP...)
