Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop effective sales presentations and proposals
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management

Skills:

Proven experience in inside sales or business development roles
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and establish longterm relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
Proficient in using Microsft software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities

Job Types:
