TKL Group is a Toronto based company with production facilities located in both Toronto, Ontario and Niagara Falls, Ontario. TKL Group prides itself in the supply and installation of some of the most intricate precast concrete projects supplied to both Canada and the United States

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician for our Niagara Falls facility. This individual must be able to pay great attention to detail and be extremely thorough to join our team.

The responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician include daily product conformance checks, fresh concrete testing, coordination of repairs, and other material testing.


Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:

  • Product conformance checks
  • Creating nonconformance reports
  • Coordination of deficiency repairs
  • Fresh concrete testing
  • Aggregate sieve analysis testing
  • Identifying deficiencies in the production process
  • 12 Days a week reviewing ongoing work on work sites
  • Mapping/creating schedules of ongoing repairs
  • Coordination amongst departments

Quality Control Technician Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Control or Quality Related Position
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Prior experience with fresh concrete testing
  • Prior experience with aggregate testing
  • Graduate of Engineering Technology Program Preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Good communication, prioritization, and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be punctual


We are looking for someone that is multi-faceted with the ability to learn and adapt to work in different departments.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
