We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, as well as developing expertise in various technologies.

The Role Includes:

• Facilitating interactions between technicians and customers to provide superior service.


• Developing an expert understanding of technology offerings such as Global-e, Consite, Tigercat Remote LOG etc.


• Utilizing failure analysis reports and communicating results to assist internal branch service departments with support.


• Sending out technical bulletins, PIPs, PSBs (manufacturers machine modifications –safety or mechanical) to all branches as required .


• Analyzing telematics system data and communicating findings internally.  
• Promoting proactive diagnostic techniques using available resources.

lower-alpha>}ieters have obtained University Degree diploma which can act like Tech degree trades certifications include related working experience;
PThere may also exist preference towards 5 years Service Management work history.
