Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
Skills:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities
- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment for painting purposes
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain painting equipment
- Welding experience is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a forklift for material handling
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desirable
- Experience in machining or fabricating is advantageous

$27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
