PacRim Distribution is looking for industry leading drivers, like youHere's is an opportunity you can't resist.We're currently hiring Class 1 Driver at our facility in Nanaimo BCPacRim Distribution, a warehousing and trucking company located in Nanaimo, providing direct store delivery to business establishment through Vancouver Island is looking for Class 1 Drivers.

Class 1 Driver
Location:
Nanaimo
Hours:
Tuesdays to Fridays (10 hours day shift).
Position Overview:
- Delivers products to commercial businesses. Interacts with customers in a professional manner to deliver and provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Duties:
- Approximately 30% warehouse related work; 70% driving
- Loading & unloading freight
- Delivering freight on power tailgates
- Daily Pre and Post Trip Vehicle Inspections.
- Operating forklift and power hand jacks as required
Required Skills, Knowledge and Competencies:
- Geographical knowledge of Vancouver Island is an asset
- You must be physically fit and able to repeatedly lift 30lbs
- Must have a valid Class 1 license
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Customercentric approach and excellent communication and listening skills
- Criminal Record check required.
