    Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.

  • Manages program data and conducts complex analysis.
  • Produces complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.
  • Conducts research when necessary.
  • Staff meetings, goal setting, compliance & at times functions as a team lead.
  • Special projects.
  • Define metrics, ensure metrics are supported within business systems.
  • Develop reports to track metrics data, and provide analysis and recommendations for improved policy, processes, or tools to support program or practice goals.
  • Play a key role in contract renewals and rebids. May be asked to provide input into other program RFPs where capabilities can be leveraged.
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of a complex program, practice or function.
  • Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a sizable and significant effect upon the administration of the organization.

  • 5-8 years' experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Creating reports through Power BI
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (i.e. Power Query, Power Pivot), cleaning and analyzing data
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with sending out e-blasts (i.e. Mail merge, Mailchimp, etc)
  • Experience with Power Automate preferred
  • Experience with Sales Force an asset
  • Experience with SQL an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft VBA an asset
  • The successful candidate will be supporting on the Commercial & Industrial team.
