Job summary
We are looking for a customer service team to handle all other aspects of customer service such as questions about pricing and how everything works.
On top of that we want to retain most of our patients so giving them an excellent patient/customer journey ensuring they are all constantly satisfied and happy proactively rather than just dealing with inquiries.
