+ Key responsibilities include design development delivery integration of human-centered design methods into data product development documentation evaluation gap analysis user story mapping creation prototype testing journey map service blueprint development process mapping service prototyping usability testing strategy roadmap documents diagrams.
+ Mandatory qualifications include university graduation in computer science related discipline or relevant experience creating journey maps facilitating leading co-design workshops using human-centered design approach working with digital or data product analyzing research presenting findings creating metrics measures planning conducting behavioral ethnographic field research moving through projects understanding whole system relationship between them working public sector.
+ Equipment requirements include owning equipment standard hours work Monday Friday excluding holidays observed Province.
