We will train the right person as a Patient Care Coordinator and Optometric Assistant. You will be in one of the most interesting and rewarding specialties in eye care. Our clinic helps both children and adults with visual development and visual rehabilitation. Some examples include vision-related learning problems and post-concussion vision issues.
We are looking for someone who is mature, empathetic, reliable, has the ability to learn new things, work independently and multi-task.
Professional Certification courses are available which may require some employer-paid travel. This role will begin with part-time hours, and gradually increase to full-time.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a bright, energetic individual who loves to help people, is a fast learner, self-directed, well-organized and has good communication skills.
This person will want to commit to an opportunity that offers tremendous job satisfaction - helping children to succeed and helping patients of all ages recover their visual function following an injury.
