***you will be responsible to ensure all pairings are staffed safely and efficiently in a timely fashion, while complying with all government regulations and collective agreements and will also provide the crew with a continuously high level of customer service. The position reports to the
Manager, Crew Scheduling and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What You'll Do:
- _ Monitor and evaluate crew schedule legalities and amend, as necessary._
- _ Ensure legal and timely staffing of all flights in relation to the government regulations and the Sunwing working conditions_
- _ Provide effective and timely communication with all Crew Members as it relates to schedule changes, flight assignments, and delays._
- _ Incorporate safety guidelines and policies into all functions of the position._
- _ Liaise with the applicable training department to notify of disruptions_
- _ Work with your team to solve arising operational issues as quickly as possible._
- _Coordinate scheduling activities to achieve on time operational performance in concert with other operational areas_
- _ Provide feedback for process change for continuous improvement for Crew Scheduling activities._
- _ Other duties as required_
What You'll Need:
- Must be able to work in office (located near Pearson Airport)
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Flexible schedule; Days and nights, rotational shift work (4 days on, 4 days off)
- Customer Service experience required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills(written & verbal);
- Ability to be adaptable in a fastpaced, high pressure, environment and work with different personality types
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Previous airline operational experience, an asset
